The Concordia Learning Alliance is dedicated to providing a ‘world-class’ professional learning experience.

Concordia has a well-established professional development offer, which targets and provides for specialists within education, facilities and estates management, corporate relations and marketing, finance and HR, as well as governance support.

We have a successful model of training for leadership at all levels, delivering a suite of National Professional Qualifications. These range from aspiring, through to middle and senior leadership, extending to Headship and Executive Headship within the education sector and, in addition, to leadership for colleagues within the wider public and private sectors.

The Concordia Learning Alliance can offer something for everyone, looking to ‘catch colleagues in’ with a professional development menu that is all encompassing and inclusive; where opportunities exist to tailor career development specifically around individual passions, as well as team priorities, as opposed to what may best fit a budget or the training that could be sourced at the time.

We probably all wonder, on occasion, how many members of our professions may have compromised what they are really passionate about, as a result of the bespoke training opportunities that they needed simply not being available to them at the time.
